  • All appointments must be booked in advance. Online booking is available for your convenience. If you’re unsure which service to select, please reach out before booking and I’ll be happy to guide you.

  • EFTPOS is available, and all services must be paid in full on the day of your appointment.

  • I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
    Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours may incur a fee.
    Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) may result in a non-refundable deposit being required for future bookings or refusal of future appointments.

  • Deposits are not required for standard appointments.
    Wedding and group bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event.

  • You’re welcome to park in the driveway or directly out the front of the house.
    Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and make your way to the front door. If I’m not already there to greet you, please ring the doorbell.

  • Yes — the salon operates from my home and is a fully professional business. My home is also where my family lives, and privacy is very important to us. I kindly ask that you respect this space by arriving on time, following any signage or instructions, and keeping disruptions to a minimum.

  • From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during appointments for social media or promotional use. If you’d prefer not to be featured, please let me know prior to your service.

  • If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Your health and mine are equally important.

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind. If you have any concerns with your hair, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.

  • To ensure a calm, relaxing experience for all clients, children are not preferred at appointments. However, I completely understand that this isn’t always possible for everyone. If you need to bring your child, I’m more than happy to make an exception — I just ask that you please let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly.
